My Journey

My story began long before Power Pause.

I was a single mother of three when I launched my first business — a modest wellness concept that would grow into one of Southeast Asia’s most recognised beauty chains. I built it from the ground up, with grit, vision, and the sheer determination to create something better for my family and myself.

 

Then came my 40s, a chapter filled with both blessings and breakdowns. I welcomed my fourth child while managing the growing pressure of running a business. I did what so many women do: I pushed through. I stayed busy. I kept going. I turned to eating salads, trying all sorts of fad diets, and endless cardio, thinking that would keep me healthy and in control. But as I approached my mid 40s, my body and life began changing in ways I couldn’t ignore. I was exhausted. My mind felt foggy. My weight crept up no matter what I did. I couldn’t sleep, my joints ached, and my gums were bleeding. I stopped feeling like myself.

I even began withdrawing from intimacy. My sex drive vanished. I felt emotionally disconnected from my partner and too overwhelmed to explain what I was going through. On the outside, I kept going. On the inside, I felt lost and alone in my own body. When I finally brought my concerns to my healthcare provider, I was dismissed with a shrug: “It’s just part of getting older. You’ll have to live with it.”

 

That moment lit a fire in me. I refused to accept that this was just how things were. So I began a new journey, a real one. I deep-dived into hormone health, strength training,

functional nutrition, and nervous system care. I studied, trained, healed, unlearned, and rebuilt myself from the inside out.

 

What I discovered changed everything. I developed our holistic program based on the 6 important pillars of longevity and health. At 52, I feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself, my body, and my life than I ever did in my 30s. And now, I’m here to help other women do the same.

Power Pause is the coaching practice I wish I had.
